MEMORIAL GARDEN PHOTO GALLERY:

It was 2 years ago, on a warm and sunny Saturday just like today, that I
said goodbye to my "Best Friend" of 15 1/2 years. The date was
7-28-07 and although that date will not occur until Tuesday, I remember
it happening on Saturday so the memory of his passing will always be on
a Saturday.
The pain of his loss is now mostly infrequent. I choose to remember him
for the beauty of his life and the many good times that we shared. His
Memorial Garden stands in memory of that now. I tend to it, just as I
watched over him in life. The love and caring I put into it, is my way
of showing him I still think of him each and every day.
Until We Meet Again, Rest In Peace ol' Friend!!!
This memorial garden is dedicated to the memory of one who possessed
true Beauty without Vanity, Strength without Insolence, Courage without
Ferocity, and possessed all of the Virtues of Man, without having any of
his Vices.
This praise might be
considered to be merely unmeaning flattery if it were inscribed for a
human. But is truly a just tribute to the memory of Chocolate Chip, a
most wonderful Dog who visited us and graced our lives for just a short
time.
He was "just a dog" to most, a
"good dog" to many, a "great dog" to a very few, But
to Me, he was my best friend, my confidant and my brother in arms for
more than 15 years.
