Game Feed Menu

Cooking Gone Wild is constantly experimenting with, and testing new recipes. We are always working to develop new entree items, trying new menu ideas and new methods of cooking.

Our game feed menu changes from time to time, but most of our menu items are inspired by classic cuisine and then modified to meet the style and taste of our game feed patrons.

Below you will find a list of our current game feed menu items.

If you don't see your favorite, just contact us, we can most likely prepare it for you.


ENTRÉES


BBQ Raccoon
Lightly spiced marinated Raccoon Tenders, cooked to perfection in a Savory BBQ Sauce and served Smoke-Haus Style.
 
Pheasant Enchilada
Broiled Pheasant seasoned "Mexican Style" and served in a Enchilada Cheese Sauce.
 

Malaysian Pheasant
Prepared with a Southeast Asian flair. A perfect blend of Pheasant, onion, green pepper, seven spices, garlic and fresh ginger.
 

Drunken Game Hen
Cornish Hen marinated in white wine, served in a Vidalia Onion and Green Pepper gravy.
 
Wild Bleu Chicken
Grilled Spring Chicken, sautéed onions and peppers topped with Smoked Ham, Swiss Cheese and a Maytag Bleu Cheese glaze.

Chicken Satay
Tender Grilled Chicken seasoned and cooked to perfection with thin strips of green pepper and onion. Then topped with a spicy Asian Style peanut sauce.
 

Elk Shepherds Pie
Freshly ground Elk steak layered with green beans, onions, mashed potatoes and topped with lots of melted Cheddar Cheese.
 
Elk Stir-Fry
Created in the classic Asian style, this Stir-fry features tender strips of Elk steak in a Szechwan Sauce.
 
Moose-losh
A "comfort food" classic! Our Moose-losh is made with seasoned ground Moose and elbow macaroni in a rich tomato and sour cream sauce topped with lots of melted cheese.
 
Anton's Marinated "Big Game" Moose
Marinated Moose Roast with garden Fresh Vegetables. Slow cooked in our special blend of spices.
 
Teriyaki Goose
Sliced Goose breast marinated in a light Teriyaki Sauce and grilled just the way you like it!

 
Cantonese Goose
Tender Goose breast prepared in a delicate Apricot and soy sauce. 
 
Oven Roasted Wild Turkey
Tender and juicy oven roasted Wild Turkey served with a creamy brown gravy that will make your mouth water for more.
 
Hasenpfeffer Rabbit
This traditional German dish features Marinated Rabbit cooked to perfection in vinegar and spices.
 
Rabbit Fricassee

Tender bites of Rabbit slow roasted with onions, peppers, and garlic, sautéed in oregano, tomatoes, and a splash of sherry.
 
Sour-Apple Boar
Wild Boar marinated in spiced Apple cider and served on a bed of Sauerkraut with baked Granny Smith apple slices.
 
Honey-Hazlenut Boar
Tender strips of brazed Wild Boar covered with Al's own Honey, Jalapeno and Hazelnut sauce.

Apricot Wild Boar
Wild Boar lightly marinated and served with a delicious Apricot Glaze.
 
Smoked Boar Ribs
Brazed Smoked Boar Ribs, topped with our spicy-sweet BBQ sauce. 
 
Philly Cheese Steak Buffalo 

Thinly sliced Buffalo prepared "Philly Style",  topped with peppers, onions and melted cheese.
Baked Turtle in Mushroom/Onion Gravy
Domestic turtle, slow roasted to melt in your mouth. Served in a creamy mushroom and onion gravy.
 
Wapsi River Duck with Wild Rice

This is our version of classic Long Island Duck (with a little twist), served with wild rice.
 
Pork-Phat Duck a'Lorange
Our twist on a French classic. Dijon/ Wine marinated Duck breast garnished with smoked bacon in a luscious orange sauce.
 
Plum Krazy Duck
Grilled breast of Duck, lightly seasoned and severed in a rich and tasty plum sauce.
  
Duck D'Italiano and Wild Rice
Tender Duck Breast grilled with smoked bacon and seasoned in the Old World Italian way. Severed on a fluffy bed of Long Grain and Wild Rice.
  
Venison Pepper Steak
Tender flame-kissed Venison steak with fresh cracked black pepper and our special blend of seasonings.

 
 Venison Rueben Casserole
Thinly sliced corned Venison with sauerkraut, layered with caraway potatoes and Swiss Cheese, and topped with our favorite 1000 Island topping.

 
Venison Bourguignon
A Classic Bourguignon recreated with tender slices of Venison, served in a red wine and mushroom gravy on a bed of egg noodles.
 
Venison Meatloaf
Our twist on "Meatloaf Night" using seasoned ground Venison topped with a tomato sauce glaze.

 
Two Alarm Venison Chili
Ground Venison slow simmered in Mike's special blend of garden fresh vegetables, chili seasonings and just enough Jalapeno chili pepper's.
 
Venison & Rice Casserole
Lightly Seasoned Ground Venison with mixed garden vegetables served on a bed of fluffy white rice.
 
Bourbon Street Venison
Venison steak fillets grilled over an open flame and served Memphis style.
 
Pulled Venison BBQ
Slow Roasted Venison, cold smoked and baked with our special blend of dry-rub spices. Topped with our secret BBQ sauce.

German Venison
Choice cuts of Marinated Venison Steak lightly seared and prepared in Al's special Jagermeister sauce.
 
Corned Venison/Cabbage
Our twist on that old Irish Classic. Slow cooked Corned Venison served with steamed fresh cabbage.
 

Venison Jambalaya
Creole Style Cooking Gone Wild! This dish incorporates spiced Venison sausage, rice, peppers and a special blend of Cajun seasonings. It's Delicious! ... I Guar-an-Tee.


Sweet-N-Sour Bear Balls
Seasoned ground bear rolled into meat balls with white rice and baked until golden brown. Then covered in a tasty sweet and sour sauce.
 
Bear Gorgonzola
Grilled Bear medallions served with Noodles Alfredo and drizzled with our special balsamic glaze and topped with gorgonzola cheese.
 
Squirrel in Sour Cream Gravy
Tender, meaty cuts of Squirrel, slow cooked and served in a Sour Cream Gravy.

Maple Glazed Salmon
Marinated Thick-Cut Salmon steaks, lightly grilled and served with our very special Maple Syrup glaze.
 
Ginger Cilantro Salmon
Grilled Salmon fillets, seasoned with fresh ginger, Cilantro and a touch of Garlic.
Lemon Butter Salmon
Broiled Salmon fillets served with a clarified lemon butter sauce that's just perfect for dipping.
 
Pineapple Salsa Salmon
Gently poached fillet of Salmon, served with a Hawaiian style Pineapple & Tomato Salsa.
