WELCOME TO ALBEE MOTORSPORTS
Albee Motorsports was formed in late 2002 to compete in area ET Bracket Race Events.

During the racing season we campaign the 1991 Ford Thunderbird SC pictured on this website on a local level at TriState Raceway in Earlville, Iowa, and on a limited schedule at other area drag strips.

We also compete on a regional level several times each year and attend the Ford Thunderbird SC / Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Club Clash events that are held each Spring and Fall.

OUR THUNDERBIRD SC
Our Thunderbird Super Coupe is equipped with a modified 3.8 Liter Supercharged V6 engine that produces approximately 330 rear-wheel horsepower and approximately 400 pound feet of torque. The result of these modifications are, 1/4 mile elapse times in the High 12's to low 13's at speeds in excess of 105 miles per hour.

This level of performance is bringing a considerable amount of attention to our car and our team.

TEAM GOALS
After taking a full season off, our goals and performance expectations are in place for the new season. Several new upgrades to the engine, fuel system, engine tuning and to the chassis are expected to make Albee Motorsports even more competitive this season.

Our main focus is to continue competing on a weekly basis in the Sportsman ET Bracket class at TriState Raceway. Expectations are high, and the determination of our team and it's members will help us to realize all of our goals.
