Back To The Track in 2010

(Feb 20, 2010) - This season, Sunday afternoons will find us again competing in the Summit Series Sportsman Division at TriState Raceway.

After some time off in '09 the ALBEE Motorsports Thunderbird will be making it's triumphant return to the track and hopefully to the Winner's Circle, our expectations are high for the upcoming season. 

"Although we missed the 2009 season due to the lack of financing, we did stay busy going true the car and making some performance improvements. 

As we move into the 2010 season, we have been working on a few small performance issues and feel that the steps we have made in the past few seasons have made us more consist even in the warmer weather. Some further fine-tuning in our setup will work in our favor and the car should perform even more consistently than it has in the past.

We feel very confident that a championship is now well within our reach if we can find a bit of help from a few sponsors. Confidence is high, and the team is very excited to see good things come from all of the hard work we've put into our racing program. 

If we can continue to perform at our present level and avoid any major mechanical problems, we should be right on target to achieve our preseason goals and continue to move forward.
